GRANDPA CARPENTER'S FRIED EGGS

Melt a small lump of butter in a small skillet.
Use low heat.
After the butter is melted, add a tablespoon of water.
Then add one egg and cover for two minutes.
Slide out and add one buttered piece of toast.

Next is GC's famous( or infamous) chili.
